Private - Fondant Workshop

Fondant is the smoothest way to ice a special occasion cake. Fondant is one of the most versatile ways to add color and texture to your cakes.

Since you will be working on a surface that will lend itself to more artistic handling, working with a fondant surface is a cornerstone to carved and themed cakes. Take for instance a carved cake teapot or frilly purse cake. Using the method of covering your cakes with fondant gives the illusion that it’s real to life.

Come learn and have fun using your imagination and see what you can create with fondant.
