Take your art to the next level with our Gum Paste Flower Workshop. In this advanced class, I’ll provide the gum paste material and colors for any number of flower bouquets. You’ll learn to incorporate these into your cake design and arrange them as a cake topper for wedding cakes.

Although gum paste is not known for its outstanding flavor, it is known for being the most realistic of flower arrangements for special occasion cakes.

I’ll also teach you new and artistic ways to incorporate characters into your cake designs. I have several molds that help you to achieve the most "real to life" characters and animals.
