CLASS AVAILABILITY: Contact Buttercream Bella as to availability. In the event the class is fully booked, we can place you on a stand-by list in the event of a cancellation. If there are enough people on a waiting list we may open another class.

CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are non-refundable but the deposit may be applied to another class. All cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop, will be given credit toward a future session.

MISSED CLASSES: Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be made up on another date. Please ensure you can attend each class.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS: Insufficient registration may result in the cancellation of a class. Deposits will be refunded in full.

ALLERGIES: Buttercream Bella is NOT a nut-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies.

TOOLS: Some specific tools are required for specific classes. The tools are available for sale at Buttercream Bella. When you register we will let you know what tools are required.

REGISTRATION: Registration can be done by email (we may not respond for 48 hours), telephone or in-person. Please provide name, addresses, telephone number, email address and course name and dates you are interested in. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.

PAYMENT METHOD: We request your full payment upon reserving your space in the class. Currently, we accept Cash, Checks, or Money Orders only. Please make checks or money orders payable to “Buttercream Bella”.

CLASS TIMES: Most workshops are scheduled for 10:00 am or 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Saturday nights at 7:00 pm are reserved for Private Parties. Weekday workshops are reserved for Private Groups only.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER: In case of inclement weather, classes may be postponed and a make-up date will be scheduled with the option of using class fees toward a future class. Classes not filled to required 5-person capacity may be cancelled and a full refund will be made to you.

PRIVATE PARTIES: This option is for small groups of 6 or more. You may also pick your own filling, Chocolate, Kahlua, Mint, Orange, Chocolate chip cookie, Strawberry, Raspberry, Oreo and Coffee. (One flavor only.)

PRIVATE LESSONS: Weeknights only. Cost for private lessons are $100.00. There will be an additional $35.00 charge for fondant icing.
